Welcome to ithicouture.store, operated by ITHI Couture (Akshaya Raghavan / Ithi Couture, Plot No 10, Gandhi Nagar Cooperative Society, Cooperative Maha Nagar, Semmanjeri, Chennai - 600 119, Tamil Nadu, India). By accessing or placing an order on our site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions, fabric details, and images are provided as accurately as possible; minor variations in color, embroidery placement, or fabric texture may occur due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our garments.

2. Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill due to material/craftsperson availability.

3. Made-to-Measure Terms Garments are cut and stitched based on measurements or size selections provided by the customer at checkout. Please refer to our sizing guide before ordering, as returns/exchanges due to sizing errors on made-to-order pieces are limited (see Refund & Exchange Policy).

4. Payments Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner (PhonePe Payment Gateway). We do not store your payment credentials.

5. Shipping Shipping timelines and charges are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location, including for international orders. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including designs, photographs, logos, and text — is the property of ITHI Couture and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability ITHI Couture is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
